Looking across the desert

Kate Wrath lives in the Southwestern US.  Much like other authors, she has both a [family] and a [pet].

[family = three crazy-but-lovable, exceedingly adorable people with longer eyelashes and better sense of humor than Kate]

[pet =lovable-but-crazy giant German Shepherd who seems to be able to read, but pretends not to understand when something is required of him]Loki

Kate is the author of the E series: E (Book #1), Evolution (Book #2), Eden (Book #3), Jason and Lily (prequel), Elegy (Book #4), and Endgame (Book #5).  She has also begun an urban fantasy series entitled Fairytale Evolution; Book #1, Flipped, is currently available, with Book #2, The Dark Road, coming soon.

Kate believes in literature as an art form, world peace, and animal rights, but aspires to write total trash that is full of senseless violence, with characters who eat house pets.

Wow!!! Just WOW! I finished reading the first E book and I couldn’t contain myself…I had to leave a note…question somewhere….anywhere!! I was completely moved by your writing…it isn’t like me to just gush over someone’s writing ability but I have to….have to gush over yours!!!! (I read way too many books for my own good and I find myself correcting grammar, sentence structure and typos all too often). The way you describe and depict the feeling of hopelessness, loss, and despair is absolutely beyond compelling! The imagery you create with your writing is awe forming in a way that I just can’t find words for. (Lol). It begs the question of what inspired you? I am in awe of your brilliant writing ability!!! I have been longing to find another “series” that I could be drawn into and lose myself completely in…like I was with The Knife of Never Letting Go & Breeders/Benders series. Thank you for creating this fictional world that is so spell binding…that I am completely lost in!!! I just know when I reach the last book in the series I will be thrilled by the journey and that it will stay with me as one of my “favorites” forever! On to book Two…..

Oh, and I can’t wait to dive into whatever you are working on next!
